CALL FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI)

Save the Children International in Sierra Leone is calling for interested bidders to participate in the tender process for the following categories in a 3 years’ Framework Agreement basis.

Interested applicants should download and complete the Supplier’s Registration Form. Using the link >>>  

OR Interested bidder who cannot download the Supplier Registration Form should request for it to the below email address: sci.sl.sourcing@savethechildren.org. 

Eligibility Requirements: 

• Bidder should fill the Supplier’s Registration Form downloaded in the link above

• Bidder should attach copies of their company registration documents with the completed registration form. See below documents:

Certificate of Business Registration

Freetown City Council Certificate or District Council Certificate

NASSIT, Tax Clearance Certificate, NRA and Tin Number (updated) up to 2026

GST Certificate

• While submitting the form, Bidder should clearly state the reference number of the category of interest in the email subject e.g. Expression of Interest for Supply of Stationery LOT 4 – ITT/SLE/FTN/2026/004 or Expression of Interest for Supply of Printing Services for Freetown, Pujehun, Kailahun LOT 1 – ITT/SLE/FTN/2026/001 (Please note that any submission without a clear reference number will be nullified)

Application Closing Date

The completed form and the scanned copy of your business registration documents should be sent to sci.sl.ebid02@savethechildren.org on or before 27th of March 2026. 

For bidders in Pujehun, Kailahun, Port Loko and Bonthe who are unconnected (no internet or email facility) please pick up and submit the documents at our field offices at the following addresses:

BONTHE OFFICE Timbo New Site, Mattru Jong, Bonthe District

PUJEHUN OFFICE 2 council Road, Pujehun

KAILAHUN OFFICE 117 Manosewallu Road, Kailahun

PORT LOKO OFFICE 1 Mayoni bypass Road, Port Loko

Please note that tender pack/bidder response documents will be shared with only successful applicants. Save the Children International reserves the right to accept or reject the entire or partial part of this bid.
