About the Role

We are seeking a creative and energetic Content Creator & Social Media Marketing Officer to develop engaging content and manage the online presence of our businesses, including:

* Real Estate
* Delivery Services
* Dating Services
* Skincare Products
* Other Retail Products

Key Responsibilities

* Develop creative content ideas and marketing campaigns.
* Create engaging captions and social media content.
* Manage daily posting on TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and other platforms.
* Promote properties, products and services through social media.
* Accompany the videographer during content shoots when required.
* Respond to social media inquiries and direct leads to the appropriate department.
* Monitor social media trends and recommend new marketing strategies.
* Track content performance and prepare simple marketing reports.
* Assist in growing followers, engagement and brand awareness.

Requirements

* Experience managing business social media accounts.
* Excellent writing and communication skills.
* Strong understanding of TikTok, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube.
* Knowledge of social media scheduling tools is an advantage.
* Creative, organized and proactive.
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

* Basic photography or video editing knowledge.
* Digital marketing experience.
* Customer service experience.
