EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI)

PREQUALIFICATION OF SUPPLIERS FOR GOODS AND SERVICES (2026–2028)

Population Services International (PSI) Sierra Leone invites eligible and reputable firms to express interest for prequalification as suppliers of goods and service providers for the period 2026–2028 across Freetown, Karene, Falaba, Kailahun, Knadugu and Pujehun districts.

Scope of Prequalification: Selected categories include, but are not limited to: general office supplies, IT equipment and services, medical and laboratory supplies, construction and renovation works, printing and branding services, security services, catering, transport and logistics, audit and consulting services, and other operational goods and services.

Eligibility Requirements: Interested applicants must be legally registered in Sierra Leone and able to provide mandatory documents including a valid business registration certificate, trade license, tax clearance certificate, audited financial statements (where applicable), and relevant professional certifications.

Application Guidelines: Interested applicants are required to request the full application document by email to procurement@psi-sl.org, using the subject line “Prequalification of Suppliers”, or by collecting it in person at the address provided. Companies applying for more than one category must submit separate applications for each category.

Important Dates: EOI Release Date: Friday, 12 May 2026; Inquiry Deadline: Thursday, 28 May 2026; Submission Deadline: Friday, 5 June 2026.

Additional Information: Prequalification does not constitute a contract or guarantee of future engagement. Only shortlisted suppliers will be invited to participate in future Requests for Quotation (RFQs) as needs arise.
