We are seeking a highly organized and professional Front Desk / Personal Assistant to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless office operations, delivering exceptional client service, and providing direct administrative support to Managing Director. The successful candidate will embody professionalism, discretion, and efficiency while representing the company as the first point of contact and requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational ability, and a professional demeanor

Key Responsibilities
∙ Manage front desk operations and welcome clients/visitors
∙ Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondences
∙ Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars
∙ Provide administrative support to management and technical teams ∙ Ability to take and prepare accurate meeting minutes
∙ Maintain office records and filing systems
∙ Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics
∙ Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations
Requirements
∙ Minimum of a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related field ∙ Proven experience in a similar role (Front Desk, Administrative Assistant, or PA) ∙ Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) ∙ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
∙ Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
∙ Professional appearance and attitude
∙ Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Preferred Skills
∙ Ability to manage appointments and handle inquiries efficiently ∙ Excellent verbal and written communication
∙ Basic knowledge of office management systems
∙ Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
