World Vision International Sierra Leone has been operational since 1996 assisting communities with various interventions in health, education, child protection, water & sanitation and livelihoods.

INVITATION TO BIDS 

World Vision International Sierra Leone herewith invites interested bidders to submit seal Bids for the following tenders:

IMPORTANT – ESSENTIAL INFORMATION

 

The bid(s) will be opened by the WVISL’s designated Bid Opening Committee after the deadline for the receipt of bids. Once a decision has been made, the successful vendors will be notified of the selection via email.

Any attempt by a bidder to influence WVISL, outside of the instructions outlined in this ITB in the process of examination, clarification, evaluation and comparison of bids/ proposals, or to obtain information on how the procedure is progressing, or to influence WVISL in its decision concerning the award of a framework agreement hereunder, will result in the immediate rejection of that Bidder’s submission.

 

Bids after the stipulated date and time will be rejected.

 

Instructions for the tender, you must read all the provisions of the bid to ensure that you understand World Vision International Sierra Leone’s requirements and can submit an offer in compliance with them. Note that, failure to provide compliant offers may result in the invalidation of your bid.

BIDS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED IN LOCAL CURRENCY (SIERRA LEONE NEW LEONES) STATED IN THE SPECIFIC SECTION, TERMS AND CONDITIONS. BIDS RECEIVED IN ANY OTHER CURRENCY WILL BE INVALIDATED. 

 

Each bidder must meet the following qualification criteria with evidence of the relevant documentation:

 

  1. Profile of the company/ Organization
  2. Provide a copy of Certificate of Business Registration
  3. Valid NASSIT clearance certificate 
  4. Valid Tax clearance certificate
  5. Evidence of at least three years’ experience in providing similar services with details of referees (Preferably INGOs, UN Organizations, and other international institutions), including contact name, email address, telephone number, and job completion certificates
  6. Bid Must be Valid for three Months after the date of submission
