| Position Overview | |
| The Store Assistant at Kono District Hospital is responsible for supporting the efficient day-to-day operations of the hospital pharmacy store by ensuring proper stock management, maintaining organized storage systems, and picking, packing and delivering of essential medical commodities to the end user units and hospital wards. Key responsibilities include assisting with the reception and distribution of medical supplies and pharmaceutical products, monitoring inventory levels, checking expiry dates, arranging stock, maintaining cleanliness within the store area, and supporting pharmacy staff with routine administrative and operational duties to ensure effective service delivery. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, honesty, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Previous experience in pharmacy stores, retail, inventory management, or hospital support services will be considered an added advantage. | |
