PROVISION OF SERVICES

Planning dates:

• Issuance of Request for Proposal – 19^th/June/2026
• Final questions / requests for clarification – 1^st/July /2026
• Reception of bids – 22^nd/July/2026
• Final selection for RFP – 6^th /August/2026

Overview:

Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF)/Doctors Without Borders in Sierra Leone invites qualified and experienced suppliers to submit proposals for below services:

• Clearing Agent
• Domestic Transport

for its operational sites in Sierra Leone, including Freetown Country Office, and Kenema, Hangha Hospital.

• For Domestic Transport submission: “CALL FOR PROPOSAL – SERVICE – REF N°005/2026/MSFSL/SUPDEPT/TRANS”

Eligibility Requirements:

• Business Registration Certificate
• Tax Identification Number (TIN)
• Valid Business License
• Proof of technical capacity and experience in the requested services

Evaluation Criteria

• Legal registration
• Payment terms and conditions
• Quality of service
• Technical capacity
• References (preferrable NGOs)
• Reactive to communication
• Physical evaluation

MSF may request clarifications if needed.

Additional Information

• Physical evaluation will be requested.
• MSF reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal.
• MSF reserves the right to modify and amend the planning of the RFQ.
