| 1. | Chief MEAL | ü Degree in Social Sciences, Statistics, Development Studies from a recognized University. A Master’s Degree will be an added advantage.
| ü Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in Monitoring & Evaluation.
ü Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital data collection platforms (Kobo collect, ODK) and data visualization tools (Power BI, SPSS, STATA). ü Accountability: Proven experience in setting up monitoring tools and templates to track the progress of each project. ü Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills. ü Leadership: The ability to effectively manage the Research Team and provide support to Project Managers.
| ü Competencies: ü Functional Competencies ü Superior writing and editing skills in English. ü Proven experience in conducting M & E training. ü Understand the NGO landscape and the ability to conduct training at community level. ü Solid skills in research and methodology design. ü Demonstrated knowledge and skills in methodology development, data analysis and data management, both qualitative and quantitative. ü Personal commitment, efficiency and flexibility, teamwork spirit with the ability to work independently or under minimal supervision. ü Possess the ability to conduct training, learning sessions and facilitate M & E activities. ü Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. ü Ability to contribute to the development of technical proposals such as M & E framework and logframe. ü Excellent problem-solving and time management skills. ü Ability to explain problems, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. ü Patient and friendly approach. ü Ability to self-study new systems. ü Behaviours: ü Strong conceptual and analytical skills and demonstrated organisational, management and supervisory skills. ü Strong interpersonal skills, ability to coordinate diverse teams working across different countries and time zones, and intercultural awareness. ü Possess an understanding and demonstrable commitment to safeguarding issues, Women and Children rights. | The post holder will be based in Freetown.
