JHPIEGO Sierra Leone invites sealed bids from qualified and eligible suppliers to submit a tender for the procurement and supply of PPE and IPC Materials. This ITT aims to enable JHPIEGO Sierra Leone to identify suppliers capable of providing high-quality Equipment to support JHPIEGO’s RISE Project intervention in Sierra Leone.

Interested bidders can obtain the hardcopy bidding document at the JHPIEGO National Office at #1 Sonia Drive, Hill Station (back of City Super Market), Hill Station, Freetown, Sierra Leone, or by sending an email request with the bid title (Supply of PPE and IPC Materials.) to slprocurement@jhpiego.org, starting from the 16th – 29th October 2026, between the hours of 8:30 am and 4:30 pm daily. Please note that the Jhpiego office will not be open during weekends or public holidays.

2.4 SUBMISSION OF TENDERS
Tenders must be delivered in the following way:
Bids must be submitted through email at slprocurement@jhpiego.org or hardcopy in a sealed envelope, marked Supply of PPE and IPC Materials. with the words ‘not to be opened before the deadline, Thursday, 29th October 2026, at 4:30 PM’ to the Private Tender Box located at the Jhpiego office at 1 Sonia Drive, Hill Station (back of City Super Market), Freetown, Sierra Leone.
