Plan International Sierra Leone is an international child-centered humanitarian organization, which strives for a just world that advances children’s rights and equality for girls. Plan International has been working in Sierra Leone over 45 years with a focus on education, health, youth and children’s empowerment backed by advocacy work that engages policymakers and the affected communities in dialogue on issues of inequality to promote lasting development.

Plan International Sierra Leone wishes to enter into a Long-Term Agreement (LTA) with a qualified and experience insurance firm/company for the provision of Medical & Hospitality Insurance Scheme for its Staff and beneficiaries country wide:

Plan is hereby requesting qualified insurance firms/companies that are interested in taking part in the bidding process to collect the bid document at No. 6 Cantonment Road, Off King Harman Road Freetown from Monday’s to Thursday’s between 8:00 am – 5:00 pm and from 8:00 am -12:30 pm on Fridays. 

Prepared bid document must be submitted at the above stated address not later than the closing date (1st October 2024 at 5:30pm) in a sealed envelope with subject line inscribing “Medical and Hospitality Insurance Scheme”.

Bid document should be submitted from Monday’s to Thursday’s between 8:00 am – 5:00 pm and from 8:00 am -12:00 pm on Fridays.

Bids opening is on the 2nd October 2024 @ 11:00am. It’s an open bidding process were bidder(s) must attend to enhance accountability and transparency in the procurement process.
