·          Manage and supervise all transport/fleet activities in accordance with organization policies and procedures. Monitor vehicles/motor bikes movement, generator sets running hours and vehicles/motor bikes fuel consumption regularly to maintain accurate fuel consumption rate.

·          Ensure diesel and petrol stocks are recorded on logbooks. Monitor offloading process of diesel into storage tanks following standard offloading procedures.

·          Ensure spare parts for vehicles, motor bikes and generator sets are always available to conduct periodic maintenance on all machinery.

Ensure there is enough fuel at the fuel depot and money is available in vehicle TOM CARDS for fueling of vehicles/motor bikes and generator sets
