Work & Experience
• Successfully managed a cross-functional team during the planning creation and execution of fully integrated CMMS in a new ERP system. • Successfully Trained all Process Plant Superintendents, Supervisors, Maintenance planners and Foremen. • Coordination of various trainings for maintenance of mechanical, boilermaker, pipe fitting, electrical, instrumentation, scaffolding and lifting activities. • Organizing Materials Documentation for Training in conjunction with sections supervisor and superintendent. • Provide Training Matrix which include Topics, Names, Training Date, Durations, Examination Dates and Final grades for each employee. • Provide Training Attendance Record and Compliance Report. • Organize for Training Meeting Rooms and book in advance. • Participate on Trainings for theory and practical for Evaluation of how the Trainers are conducting the Training and provide feedback. • Training Time Management and Monitoring to effectively ensure utilization as per training needs. • Coordinate with Human Resources Training Department and provide progress so the updates are filed and communicated to Management. • Review the weakness within the maintenance sections and advise for any new or refresh training that may be required. • Find out of any Training needs and cost in conjunction with Procurement to prepare the Budget for External Training. • To create request and provide Topic, Attach Materials Documentation, Resources, and time required to form a weekly schedule to teamwork with Maintenance Planners and Scheduler for weekly schedule in advance. • To review quality & readiness of training notes and examination questions prepared by sections leaders and advise for any changes for better training output. • To provide safety observations and advise for any corrective as part of safe practise. • To issue correct Weekly Man-hours Plan for Training as estimated 20% of available person-hours. • To ensure all data available on MVP are updated and the system is clean in relation to Training work type work orders. • To perform and meet the KPI as required. • To comply on Work Attendance, Normal Leave, Sick Leave for the Training Officers and ensure information is reported to planning superintendent, Engineering and Maintenance Manager and Human Resources Manager as required. • Arrange & Coordinate with External Service Provider for training that needs external support.
Supported all Mechanical services provided to farming projects within two districts in Sierra Leone in the GoSL ministry of Agriculture forestry and food security by partnering with other fields of engineering namely civil engineering and irrigation engineering.
Effectively created and led a Routine maintenance schedule for vehicles utilized by the Organization.
• Successfully Trained and Supervised the Supervisors and Enumerators for census duties • Accountable for the conscientious disbursement of Materials used during the census project for Gbile-Dixon Chiefdom in Kambia District. • Coordinated with the District Census Officers and Technical officers to ensure proper monitoring of ongoing field work and to ensure everyone within the district was counted.
• Leveraged Mechanical engineering expertise to improve processes, procedures, and the ERP system to properly catalogue 22,000 line-items by standard specifications from internal customers for easy sourcing and purchase while periodically reviewing and updating the min/max levels of stock items based on usage in the supply chain warehouse. • Supported the Buyers by Sourcing and purchasing of some of the stock Items both locally and internationally. • Accountable for the monthly statistical report on the reviewed outstanding orders and follow-ups with suppliers on Quotes for purchase requested.
Lead a Functional 27 men crew team through eight hours shift daily to ensure a maximum and efficient production of rutile mineral to meet 32 tons target each day. • Completed each implementation of Breakdown and scheduled Preventive Maintenance coordinating with the Electrical and Mechanical departments to ensure effective equipment on-board the plant.
