Leonard Viashima has  the precise qualifications having  worked across several Public Health and SRHR Projects including Family planning and PAC.

Over the last 20 years that Leonard  have worked as a Public Health Expert in various capacities, He has learned a lot about successful project management protocols He is up to date on all the latest health codes, regulations, and campaigns. I have obtained a Master’s Degree in Health Economics and Public Health and continue to keep current through the various course and government seminars. I am very responsible, intelligent, investigative, and communicate well with supervisors, and colleagues.

I achieved the following in my recent project assignments:

·         Providing strategic oversight, managing teams effectively and building sustainable structure, and expanding relations with Government and other partners hence achieving cost savings of 25% on leveraged resources.

·         Managing the strengthening of health systems across 36 states of the federation including FCT and supporting 5 other African countries (Zimbabwe, DRC, Kenya, and Sierra Leone) including Integrated health services.

·         Leading the implementation of the public health system strengthening channel within and multi-project landscape, with particular attention to Health Financing, Stronger Systems, Health Workforce Projects, and Sustainability.

·         Strengthening FMoH by developing a robust plan to effectively deliver quality health care, and commodities distribution to health facilities at the most efficient terms with proper tracking mechanism for ensuring Last mile delivery (LMD) is achieved.

·         Ensuring 100% capacity building of supported Health facilities on Commodity quantification to enable accurate forecast and minimize stock out at the end users point.

·         Providing leadership for 52 State clinical training officers to support relevant sectors of the National Ministry of Health and County health facilities in undertaking HSS capacity assessments gap analysis, setting priorities, and developing and implementing capacity strengthening plans with clear milestones.
