BBC Media Action, the international charity of the BBC, invites reputable and qualified contractors/technicians to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for transforming a garage/store into of a functional workstation at our office located at 41s Derrick Drive, Off Spur Road, Freetown. The workstation should be suitable for young creatives, ideal for digital creativity and engagement.
- Scope of work
- Workstation Setup: Source and arrange 10-seat modular office workstation with partition table.
- Painting: Apply a fresh coat of paint with a colorful, youthful vibe. • Lighting: Install adequate lighting suitable for filming and production activities.
- Air Conditioning: Mount and set up an AC unit.
- Technical Proposal Requirements
Interested companies/ service providers must submit a technical proposal containing the following:
- Company profile and evidence of similar renovation/office setup projects.

- Valid business registration, tax clearance certificate, and NASSIT compliance.
- Detailed cost breakdown for each service.
- Proposed timeline for completion.
- Warranty or after-service support details.
- Site Visit Requirement
All interested suppliers must conduct a site visit to the facility before submitting their quotations. This ensures accurate pricing and alignment with the production team’s vision. Suppliers who submit quotations without visiting the facility will not be considered.
