Your Contribution:

  • Maintain general appearance and functional state of project vehicle, including anticipating and planning of routine servicing and maintenance of Vehicles.
  • Ensure punctuality and discipline at all times.
  • Ensure timely, accurate processing and documentation of log sheets
  • Ensuring accurate completion of your monthly timesheet and ensure they are charged correctly to the project worked.
  • Assist in investigating workplace injuries and vehicle accidents when necessary
  • Preparation of Travel Advance, route descriptions and mileage information for monthly reports.
  • Ensuring compliance with the fleet management policy
  • Provide a wide range of logistics support services to both operations and the technical teams.
  • Any other duties as may be assigned by the Admin Officer from time to time
  • Safely and responsibly drive vehicles in compliance in traffic rules and regulations
  • Assist passengers with loading and unloading luggage and other items
  • Report accident, traffic violations, or vehicle issues to the appropriate authorities
  • Maintain the vehicles with enough fuel and upkeep the appearance of the vehicle
