REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) FOR HIRING SERVICE PROVIDERS

(SECURITY AGENCY AND CLEANING & GARBAGE COLLECTION FOR THE SEWA GROUND MARKET FOR THE 2024 FINANCIAL YEAR

DATE OF ISSUE: 2ND APRIL, 2024 . In compliance With the Public Procurement Regulation 2020, the Sierra Estate Management Company Limited SEMCo now invites applications for Expressions of Interest for eligible service providers to indicate their interest for the provision of the following for the SEWA GROUN MARKET for the 2024 fiscal year,

– Security Agency

– Cleaning/and Garbage Collection Company

Interested service providers may obtain further Information the below address from 9:00am to 3,00pm, Monday to Frida Name of service must be indicated on the outer right-hand corner of the envelope.

Interested Service Provider should pick up the

REGISTRATION FORM at the SEA VIEW ESTATE, BLOCK

1A, APARTMENT 1A, GODERICH to be filled and returned on or before 15th April, 2024 at 12noon local time

Prequalified firms shortlisted will sign FWC Agreements for the financial year 2024 CRITERIA

The EOI shall be evaluated as follows:

TIME FRAME

The services is for a period of 12 (Twelve) months, renewable subject to satisfactory performance.

EOIs should be submitted alongside the following,

A valid Business Registration Certificates

A valid NASSIT Clearance Certificate

– A valid NRA Tax Certificate or evidence of tax compliance in country of operation

GST Registration Certificate where applicable

Business Profile

– Areas of business

– Documentary evidence of similar consultancy undertaken for the past 3 years.

Expressions of Interest will be evaluated and only those who meet the minimum requirement will be contacted for further pre-qualification upon which a final register will be developed for 2024
