Plan International Sierra Leone invites eligible and qualified service providers to submit quotations for the sewing of school uniforms for its sponsorship children in Moyamba and Port Loko districts.
Note: Service providers living in the districts where the children reside will be prioritized.

How to Obtain the RFQ Documents
Interested and eligible service providers may request the Request for Quotation (RFQ) documents by email at plansle.tenders@plan-international.org, or in person at the Freetown office or any of the following Plan International field offices: Port Loko, Moyamba, or Kailahun.
Submission
Completed quotations, together with all supporting documents specified in the RFQ documents, must be submitted on or before 4th September 2026 in accordance with the instructions contained in the RFQ documents.
Hardcopy of the RFQ should be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed to The Procurement Specialist, Plan International, at one of the following Plan International addresses:
- Freetown – 6 Cantonment Road, Off King Harman Road
- Port Loko – 22 Conteh Street, Port Loko
- Moyamba – St. Joseph Convent Compound, Sembehun Road
- Kailahun – Ngobeh Drive, Gbomoton Section
