CRS SIERRA LEONE ADVERT FOR PRE-QUALIFIED SUPPLIERS, CONTRACTORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS 

CRS intends to reintroduce the process of Pre-Qualification of all its Suppliers, Contractors, consultants and or Service Providers to streamline its Procurement procedures. The re-registration is in line with the policy and procedures defined and specified under the procurement procedures of CRS.

All reputably established existing and potential firms are invited to apply for participation in the Pre-qualification Process for the following goods, works and services:

  1. Stationary/Schooling materials and printing items
  2. Newspaper, Electronic Advertisement and mobile service provider
  3. Office Equipment
  4. Office consumable
  5. Electrical Appliances
  6. Furniture and Fittings
  7. General Merchandise
  8. Construction services
  9. Building and Hardware Materials
  • Vehicle spares/Lubricants & oil
  • Consultancy services
  • Household and Kitchen Materials
  • Security
  • IT and Internet Services
  • Maintenance work (Generators, AC, Motorbikes & Vehicles)
  • Travel Agent
  • Catering services
  • Cleaning Services
  • Guest House /Hotel/Restaurants
  • Clearing and Transportation services.

A transparent evaluation method for the purpose of pre-qualification of the applicant’s capabilities in respect of vital elements of applicant’s organization and capacity to perform shall be established in order to participate in the CRS request for bids and tenders.

Each Supplier or Vendor performance in terms of quality, delivery, after sales service, credit terms and other contractual obligations will be closely monitored and periodically reviewed during the contractual period of six months.

CRS would issue tender documents in favor of Pre-Qualified Suppliers, who have been registered in any of the above category through email, Courier etc.

Vendors and service providers who are not pre-qualified or fail to meet the Prequalifying criteria’s will not be allowed to participate in the tender.

Vendors and Service providers will also be Prequalified under following conditions:

Vendors and service providers are constantly and effectively using their email and other formal communication systems to exchange all purchasing information required on demand.

Vendors and service providers can provide soft copies of Proforma invoices and quotations in PDF as well as Excel format on demand.

Vendors and service providers in the categories mentioned above should submit all relevant documents indicated below;

  • A copy of a valid business License,
  • A copy of a valid business registration certificate, (iii) A copy of a valid NRA Tax Clearance Certificates.
  • NASSIT clearance,
  • Evidence of satisfactory delivery of goods and services with other reputable institutions
  • A list of recent contracts performed
  • City council Certificate
  • A Valid GST Certificate
