SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ICT EQUIPMENT AND OTHER ACCESSORIES TO SUPPORT BRAC INTERNATIONAL INTERVENTION IN SIERRA LEONE

Background of BRAC Sierra Leone

BRAC Sierra Leone is an international non-governmental organization (INGO) that is part of BRAC International, one of the world’s largest development organizations. Established in Sierra Leone in 2008, BRAC is dedicated to empowering communities, reducing poverty, and creating sustainable opportunities through programs agriculture, education, health, and youth empowerment.

We serve vulnerable children, women, youth, families, and communities across Sierra Leone. Through initiatives such as skills training, agriculture support, education, health interventions and Microfinance, BRAC Sierra Leone helps people build resilience and improve their livelihoods. Our work has reached tens of thousands of individuals, with a strong focus on women and young people, enabling them to access financial services, vocational skills, and opportunities for entrepreneurship. We assist communities regardless of religion, ethnic background, or gender, with the goal of fostering inclusive and sustainable development.

BRAC International Sierra Leone now invites seal bids from qualified and eligible suppliers to submit a tender for the supply and delivery of assorted ICT Equipment and other Accessories. The aim of this ITT is to enable BRAC International Sierra Leone to identify a supplier capable of providing high-quality IT equipment and accessories to support BRAC International Intervention in Sierra Leone.

Services and Specification (Price should be Inclusive of 15% GST)

Submission of Tenders

Tenders must be delivered in the following way:

Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked supply and delivery of assorted ICT Equipment and Other Accessories with the words ‘not be opened before the deadline, Thursday the 5th of November 2026, at 2:30 pm GMT to the Private Tender Box located at the BRAC INGO Country Office-13 Bath Street, Brookfields, Freetown, Sierra Leone. Please note that the BRACE office will not be open during weekends or public holidays.

Minimum mandatory requirements of the document to be included in your submission

1. A copy of business Profile
2. Provide copy of Certificate of Business Registration
3. Provide copy of a Valid NASSIT Clearance certificate 
4. Provide copy of a Valid NRA Tax Clearance certificate 
5. Evidence of experience in providing similar supplies with details of referees (Preferably INGOs, UN Organizations, and other international institutions), including contact name, email address, telephone number, signed PO and contract.
6. Audited Financial Statement for the last three financial years
7. Valid Manufacturer Authorization. Applicable for computer laptops and tablets
8. Manufacture/Supplier Warranty for a period of 12 months
9. Detailed Specification, brochure including pictures of each product
10. Delivery period: within two weeks after the Issuance of a signed PO/Contract
11. Delivery Place: BRAC International Country Office
12. Validity of Bid: Bid must be valid for a period of 90 days upon the submission of bids

All prices must be quoted in Sierra Leone currency and will be evaluated on a full-cost basis (including 15% GST).

The Proposals must be delivered by hand to the BRAC INGO Sierra Leone Country Office at #13 Bath Street, Brookfields, Freetown, Sierra Leone by 2:30 PM GMT on or before Thursday, the 5th of November 2026.
