Invitation To Tender for Baseline Consultancy of the Sierra Leone Coastal Resilience Project (SLCRP)

Save the Children Sierra Leone is looking for a dynamic and versatile consultant or a consulting firm/team to conduct baseline study of the Sierra Leone Coastal Resilience Project (SLCRP) in Kambia, Port Loko, Moyamba, Bonthe and Pujehun districts.
Objective
The main objective of the baseline assessment is to establish baseline values of primary outcomes, outputs, and co-benefit indicators on gender inequality and disability inclusion that should be sourced through the survey. The baseline data will serve as a point of comparison for the midline and endline evaluation, which will strive to assess progress against the Global Climate Fund investment criteria, intended results, and indicators/targets.
