VACANCY NOTICE

The Sierra Leone Aircraft Accident and Incident Investigation Bureau is looking for a suitably qualified person for the position of Admin and Human Resource Officer.

Job Title: Admin Officer

Location: Freetown Major Duties and Responsibilities

He or she shall perform the following duties:

1. Should be familiar with preparing minutes of a meeting capturing key points discussed.

  1. Must be able to organized filling of administrative documents and maintain proper word of all correspondences
  2. Must have excellent writing skills and be able to respond to the bureau’s correspondences with focus on the subject matter
  3. Should be capable of and vibrant enough to represent the bureau in participating adequately in workshops and conferences.
  4. Organize and maintain administrative. personnel and training records.
  5. Facilitate recruitment, hiring and retention processes.
  6. Perform HR related duties and responsibilities with GoSL policies and procedures.
  7. Any other duties as may be assigned by supervisor(s).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Human Resource Management. Experience:
  • A minimum of five (5) years’ work experience in related field.

Report to: Admin and Finance Manager
