A leading organization specializing in the recruitment and training of domestic staff such as cleaners, nannies, drivers, caregivers, housemaids, cooks, physio, community, and social workers and more
Position: Administrative and Marketing Officer
Key Responsibilities
- Oversea the end-to-end recruitment process, from screening resumes to conducting interviews
- Ensure a seamless hiring experience for both candidates and client
- Collaborate with trainers to organize and schedule comprehensive training programme
- Maintain up-to-date training materials to enhance the skills of our recruits
- Manage accurate and compliant records of employees
- Stay abreast of employment laws and regulations, ensuring organizational compliance
- Facilitate smooth onboarding processes for new hires
- Introduce employees to company policies and foster a positive workplace culture
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns
- Cultivate a positive and inclusive work environment
- Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities and trends
- Analyze competitor activities to inform strategic decision
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand and feasibility
- Utilize online and offline channels to promote the organization
- Manage the organization’s online presence through a user-friendly website and engaging social media platform
- Expand the organization’s network to reach new clients and enhance service offerings
- Cultivate relationships with potential clients through effective communication
Qualification:
Proven experience in administrative roles and marketing strategies
- Strong understanding of the domestic staffing industry is skill a plus
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
