The Accountant General’s Department (AGD) has received funds as budgeted for the 2024 Fiscal Year from the Government of Sierra Leone (GoSL) through the Ministry of Finance, of which the AGD intends to utilize part of these funds to hire the goods and services of credible firms with proven expertise in the provision of the services described herein for the 2024 Fiscal Year:

Interested bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address below between 10:00am to 3:45pm from Thursday to Wednesday before the bid closing date. The bidding documents may be purchased upon payment of a non-refund-able fee of Five Hundred Leones (Le500.00). Payment for the bidding document must be made to the account below and the Bank slip presented to the Procurement Unit for the issuance of the bidding document at the Accountant General’s Department (AGD).

Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before Friday 1st March, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. All bids must be accompanied by:

  • a signed and stamped bid form
  • a valid National Revenue Authority Tax Clearance Certificate a valid Business Registration Certificate
  • a valid National Social Security & Insurance Trust Contribution Clearance Certificate
  • Evidence of similar business in a public sector for services a valid Civil Aviation Authority Certificate (For Air Tickets)
  • Tourist Board License (For Air Tickets)

Interested Service providers with the requisite skills are hereby encouraged to submit their letter of expressions of interest for the above-mentioned service(s).

Firms submitting multiple proposals in different names for the same service shall be deemed to be inhibiting competition and shall be disqualified.

The Expression of Interest shall include the following:

  1. Profile of Firm
  2. Previous experience of firm in the discharge of the service
  • Experience and qualification of proposed staff for the assignment
  1. Methodology and approach for the provision of service

 

Bids will be publicly opened on Friday 1st March, 2024 at 11:00 AM  in the presence of bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend, at the Conference Room of the Accountant General’s Department (AD), 1st Floor, Ministerial Building, George Street, Freetown. Late bids will be rejected and
