A reputable local media organization in Freetown is seeking an experienced and proactive Project Officer to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to impactful projects by ensuring their successful implementation and delivery. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on implementation, reporting, and meeting project objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the planning, execution, and management of projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and objectives are met.
• Produce clear, concise, and timely project reports, tracking progress, challenges, and deliverables.
• Coordinate between teams, stakeholders, and partners to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor project performance and make adjustments as needed to stay on track.
• Prepare and present project updates and analysis to senior management.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or a similar role, demonstrating strong implementation and reporting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to produce detailed reports and presentations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively prioritize tasks.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

Desirable:

• A relevant degree or professional certification in Project Management.
• Previous relevant work experience.
• Ability to start work immediately.
