PROVISION OF BUSINESS INTERNET CONNECTIVITY AND MANAGEMENT OF ISP SERVICES

Overview:
Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF)/Doctors Without Borders in Sierra Leone invites qualified and experienced Internet Service Providers (ISPs) to submit proposals for the provision of enterprise-grade dedicated internet connectivity and managed ISP services across its operational sites in Sierra Leone, including Freetown, Kenema, Hangha hospital.
Scope of Services:
- Provision of reliable, high-speed dedicated business internet connectivity.
- Redundant and resilient network architecture with failover capability.
- Scalable bandwidth solutions to support medical, logistics, and operational systems.
- ISP service management, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and technical support.
- Ensuring service availability across MSF offices and facilities in Sierra Leone.

Eligibility Requirements:
- Business Registration Certificate
- Tax Identification Number (TIN)
- Valid Business License
- Proof of technical capacity and experience in ISP services
Evaluation Criteria
- Compliance with RFP instructions
- Completeness of required documents
- Technical capacity and service quality (including SLAs)
- Competitive financial offer
MSF may request clarifications if needed.
Additional Information
- Physical/virtual presentations or demonstrations may be requested.
- Mandatory site surveys must be completed within the specified schedule.
- MSF reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal.
