Position: Human Resource Officer
Responsibilities include:
1. Recruiting new staff
2. Making sure that staff get paid correctly and on time
3. Managing pensions and benefits administration
4. Approving job descriptions and advertisements
5. Looking after the health, safety and welfare of
all employees
6. Organizing staff training
7. Monitoring staff performance and attendance
8.Advising line managers and other employees on
employment law and the employer’s own
employment policies and procedures
9. Ensuring employees have the right to work at the organization
Advising on disciplinary and employee performance problems
10. Negotiating salaries, contracts, working
conditions and redundancy packages with staff
and trade union representatives.
At HR officer level, you’re likely to work standard
office hours (9.00am-5.00pm). However, if you’re in
a small team of work alone, you may need to be on
call (available to respond to emergencies outside
working hours) or stay late at busy times and when
difficult situations crop up. For example, if you’re
involved in payroll, you may need to work late to
ensure all staff are paid on time.
Qualification:
Minimum Higher Diploma in Human Resource
Management or related field.
Job Experience:
Minimum of Five Years’ experience in the said career.
Position: Marketing Manager
Responsibilities Include:
Oversee all marketing campaigns for their company or department
- Implement strategy
Promote a business, product, or service
- Ensure the company is communicating the right messaging to attract prospective customers and retain existing ones
Represent the marketing team to cross functional groups including product management, sales, or customer support Updating senior leadership on the progress of marketing activities and reporting on the results of campaigns
Day-to-Day Duties
Manage and coordinate marketing and creative staff
Lead market research efforts to uncover the viability of current and existing products/services
Collaborate with media organizations and advertising agencies
Brainstorm ideas for new campaigns
Coordinate with the sales team and other departments to produce effective strategies Monitor current campaigns, ensuring their staff meets deadlines and complete necessary tasks
Analyze data to evaluate the success of their marketing efforts and come up with new ideas to improve brand marketing and exposure Qualifications:
Minimum Higher Diploma in Marketing related field.
