Job Overview
The HR & Admin Assistant is directly under the supervision of the Human Resource and Administrative Manager Supervision. The HR & Admin supervisor will provide supervision and direction of all activities in line with the AWC mode of operations. The role provides support to the Human Resources department and helps with general administrative duties to ensure the smooth running of office operations.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Human Resources Support
- Assist with recruitment processes (posting job ads, scheduling interviews, contacting candidates).
- Prepare employment documents such as contracts, offer letters, and onboarding forms.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Support payroll preparation by compiling employee attendance, leave records, and timesheets.
- Assist in organizing staff training, inductions, and development programs. • Handle staff inquiries related to HR policies and procedures.
- Administrative Duties
- Manage office filing systems (physical and electronic).
- Prepare reports, letters, and other official documents.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Schedule meetings and manage calendars for HR or management staff. • Order and manage office supplies and stationery.
- Staff Records and Compliance
- Ensure employee records are accurate and up to date.
- Support compliance with company policies and labour regulations. • Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
- Office Coordination

- Assist in coordinating office activities and meetings.
- Support procurement or logistics tasks when required.
- Help maintain a well-organized and efficient office environment.
Key Skills Required

- Basic knowledge of HR procedures
- Diploma or certificate in HR or Administrative or any related relevant certificate • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
