Job Description
VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT
Kakua Hospice, a National Non-Governmental Organization in the National intervention against HIV/AIDS and other sexually transmitted diseases is seeking for a suitably qualified individual to fill in the position of Executive Director to be based in Bo City.
Applicants MUST have a university degree from a recognized university and MUST have at least five years’ experience working with an international or National Non Governmental Organization in Management Position with “EMPHASIS” on key populations with particular reference to Female Sex Workers[FSWs]
This group of clientele can be very difficult to deal with and therefore vast knowledge in key population programming is a MUST and candidates experience must span beyond five years working with these clientele in a senior Management position.
Our client are mostly females, therefore suitably qualified women are encouraged to apply.
SUMMARY OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. The successful, candidate’s main duty must be to zealously protect donor funds by ensuring that these are used only for the purpose intended or provided for-ensuring that every budget line is used only for the activity budgeted for.
