REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS:

Our impact priorities are in Education and Livelihoods, Gender and Sexual Rights, Voice and Democracy, and Climate Justice. In Sierra Leone, since 2005, We have been responding to some of the most urgent issues affecting young people and their communities. We have worked closely with the Ministry of Basic & Senior Secondary Education, Ministry of Youth Affairs, Ministry of Gender and Children’s Affairs, and the Ministry of Health to develop and deliver transformational youth-led programs addressing civic participation, facilitate community linkages, train and support youth structures, create demand and awareness on a range of sexual and reproductive rights services, livelihoods and employment activities, youth-led research.  We have a physical presence and staff in Freetown, Makeni, Moyamba, Falaba, and Koinadugu. • Complete and sign the pre-qualification form and declare any personal relationship they have with a staff of RDSL. 
• Up to date NRA Tax clearance certificate and GST certificate 
• Valid NASSIT clearance certificate.
• Evident policy on fair treatment to staff and zero tolerance to fraud and bribery and safeguarding
• Demonstrate that the company has a minimum of two years experience in the concerned business area.
• Provide a company or business profile stating the type of goods and services offered and price listing for all goods and services.
• Prepared to accept RDSL Safeguarding policies, General Terms and Conditions
• Provide at least two traceable trade references of customers procuring similar products (name, email and contact number).

Restless Development Sierra Leone is inviting proposals/quotes for the provision of services as listed below:

Request for proposal of Security Services for:

• 4 main offices – Freetown, Moyamba, Kabala and Makeni

Services include manned security services and proper access controls. Key considerations under review are:

Provision of 2 days’ day off every week per guard.

Medical cover for personnel and provision of logistics to security staff for proper execution of duties for instance rain gear, baton, etc.

Payment to guards on time via banking systems.

Request for proposal for the provision of 10MBPS dedicated internet services for the Freetown Office:

We are inviting proposals from reliable Internet service providers (ISPs) in Sierra Leone, the period of the contract is one year subject to satisfactory services and organizational needs. ISPs are invited to assess the office at 22G King Harman Road to identify the equipment needed for the successful performance of this assignment.

For Internet Services the Internet Service Provider (ISP) must guarantee full contracted bandwidth availability 24/7/365 (10mbp dedicated internet connection with a manage firewall) from the originator side to the ISP’s Internet gateway. Bandwidth sharing between other customers will not be accepted. Connection Ratio must be 1/1.
