PROVISION OF GOODS CONSUMABLES

Planning dates:

• Issuance of Request for Quotations: 1st/June/2026 

• Final questions / requests for clarification: 10th/June/2026 

• Reception of bids: 17th/June/2026 

• Final selection for RFQ: 3rd/July/2026 

Overview:

Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF)/Doctors Without Borders in Sierra Leone invites qualified and experienced suppliers to submit proposals for the supply of goods for below categories:

• Hygiene

• Stationary

• Electrical

• EH Plumbing

• ICT (Information and Technology Equipment) supplies: Hardware, Electronics, Toners…

across its operational sites in Sierra Leone, including Freetown Country Office, and Kenema, Hangha Hospital.

Submission Method:

Proposals may be submitted in sealed envelopes or by email to:

1) Freetown:

• For Stationary submission: “CALL FOR PROPOSAL – SUPPLY OF GOODS – REF No 003/2026/MSFSL/SUPDEPT/STAT”
• For Electrical submission: “CALL FOR PROPOSAL – SUPPLY OF GOODS – REF No 003/2026/MSFSL/SUPDEPT/ELEC”
• For EH and Plumbing submission: “CALL FOR PROPOSAL – SUPPLY OF GOODS – REF No 003/2026/MSFSL/SUPDEPT/PLUM”

Eligibility Requirements:

• Business Registration Certificate
• Tax Identification Number (TIN)
• Valid Business License
• Proof of technical capacity and experience in the supply of selected goods

Evaluation Criteria

• Legal registration
• Payment terms and conditions
• Delivery terms and conditions
• Quality
• Product availability
• References (preferrable NGOs)
• Reactive to communication
• Storage capacity of the supplier

MSF may request clarifications if needed.

Additional Information

• Physical evaluation will be requested.
• MSF reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal.
• MSF reserves the right to modify and amend the planning of the RFQ.
