Background

Jhpiego through the U.S. Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) and funding  from the U.S. President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR) continue to provide  innovative and evidence-based interventions across 30 high volume sites in 4 high burden  districts of Sierra Leone to meet the UNAIDS 95.95.95 target for HIV epidemic control. 

Jhpiego is seeking a vendor to supply the following: 

• IT related equipment 
• Supply and installation of solar energy equipment. 

General Requirements  

1) Must be registered to conduct business and in compliance with governmental tax  regulations in Sierra Leone.  

2) Jhpiego retains the right to reject, cancel, negotiate, amend, split, and accept any offer,  without consideration of the lowest offer.  

3) Jhpiego requires only original products. 

4) This is an invitation to potential bidders and is not a promise or obligation that Jhpiego will  contract bidders through the submitted offers.
