The Public Service Commission has allocated funds for the procurement of the following items and now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the below Lots:

Bidding is open to all Suppliers who can demonstrate
Professionalism In the supply of Lot 1 . Provision/Sundry and Lot 2: Stationery Items
Interested bidders can bid for one or more Lot : Bidders can obtain the bid documents for a non-refundable fee of NLe (Two Hundred and Fifty Leones) for each lot. Partial q110tations will be considered unresponsive for one or all please make payment to the Consolidated General Account number 0111001499 held at the Bank of sierra Leone. Further information and inspection of the bidding document can be done at the address bellows between 900 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. from Monday to Fridays. procurement Unit public Service Commission;

All bids must be accompanied by the following documents on or before 12:00noon, on 7th March, 2024: e A valid Business registration certificate
. Bid Security from a reputable Commercial Bank;
. A valid NRA tax clearance certificate;
-A valid NASSIT clearance certificate;
-A valid Municipal License
-A Signed Integrity Pact; [see attached]
Bids will be public open on 7th March, 2024 at 12:00 noon, in the presence of the bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who choose to attend, at the address below. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened to bidders.
