Sight savers Sierra Leone is a Non-Governmental Organization working in partnership with Government Ministries to promote Eye Health, prevent Blindness and facilitate Community Based Rehabilitation and Empowerment and Education of Children with disabilities with the vision to eliminate avoidable blindness and promote equal opportunities for people with disabilities. 

Sight savers is requesting expression of interest for the following services: 

• Hotel Service (Room Accommodation, Hall Rental and Food) 
• Catering Service 
• Internet Connectivity
• Information Technology Consultant
• Drinking Water Supply
• Vehicle Rental Service
• Fuel Supply 
• Cabbage/Waste Collection
• Stationery Supply
• Furniture and Fittings 
• Repairs and Maintenance of Office Premises: Electricals, Plumbing, carpentry and masonry   
• Servicing of Air Conditioners
• Vehicle Repairs and Maintenance 
• Tea Items and Toiletries 
• Hygiene Kits/pharmaceuticals 
• Graphic Designing, printing and photocopying 
• Clearing and Forwarding 
• Janitorial Service
• Security Service
• Media Coverage – Video Graphing, Publication, etc  

Following are document required: Expression of interest letter, registration certificate (Business Registration, Tax clearance, City Council Certificates).

Copy of the supplier/partner code of conduct will be provided by interested candidates on submission of expression. 

Due diligence will be done to ascertain the legitimacy of the business/service.
