NATIONAL TENDER 

FOR PROCUREMENT OF ONE (1) CAR

AVSI/SRL/ENDEV/02-2024

April 2024

PROCUREMENT REFERENCE

Under the framework of project “boosting market development for improved and clean cookstoves” funded by EnDev Energizing Development (GIZ), AVSI Foundation has launched a national call for the procurement of one (1) car. 

 

Technical characteristic of the car:

  1. The vehicle must be a pickup car;
  2. The vehicle must be 4×4;
  3. The vehicle must be new or used for a max of 3 (three) years and under 100.000 Km;
  4. Preferential will be given to diesel car;
  5. AC included. 

TECHNICAL AND FINANCIAL OFFER DETAILS

 

1.1 Currency and cost proposal

Detailed costs breakdown must be indicated in Leones (Le) currency and must be comprehensive of all costs (including tax). Payment will be done in leones as according to deliverables achieved. 

 

1.2 Mandatory Documents for submission

The following documents must be sent for both hard and soft copies delivery method:

 

  1. Technical information of the vehicle and price including tax;
  2. Pictures of the vehicle;
  3. NRA registration and tin number;
  4. NRA tax clearance certificate (most recent);
  5. Business registration certificate;
  6. ANNEX B and ANNEX C signed. 

 

Each candidate can send information and price for one or more car model.

1.3 Validity of the Offer

Minimum 30 days (to be specified in the offer).

 

1.4 Evaluation Criteria

Selection of eligible service provider will be based on the following criteria:

 

  • Price;
  • Technical characteristic and quality of the vehicle; 
  • Availability of spare part on the market in the country; 
  • Previous experience with AVSI
