REQUEST FOR QUOTATION FOR CARTERING SERVICES FOR GIRLS CONFERENCE IN MAKENI AND BO DISTRICT
Commit and Act Foundation Sierra Leone (CAF-SL) was established in 2014 shortly before the outbreak of the Ebola Viral Disease .CAF-SL is now a lead organization in Bo District with a branch in Makeni city that provides support services (psychosocial, temporal shelter, legal and medical services.) for victims of sexual, Gender-based and domestic violence against girls and women and also offers ACT training and psychotherapy.
CAF-SL have received fund from German Doctors for the implementation of a project titled My body My Right.
The My body My right is an Anti FGM project that has been implemented for 3 years in chiefdoms across Bo, Tonkolili and Bombali District. During our implementation we have been organizing an annual girls conference for 800 girls.
This year’s conference is set to be held in two different locations Makeni and Bo on the 3rd -5th and 10th – 12th respectively.
However, in this regard we do require the services of a caterers to provide Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner for the periods stated below on the attachment.
In view of the above, please forward to the Director of the above –named organization quotation (price) for the different food menu listed on the attached document. As well as, registration certificates of catering on or before the deadline 24th April,2024.
Please Note that 6.5% of withholding tax will be deducted from total contract price
