The MINISTRY OF SOCIAL WELFARE has received funds from the Government of Sierra Leone for the following: procurement activities:
Lot 1: procurement and supply of Assorted Goods
Bidding is open to all suppliers who can demonstrate Technical Financial capability to supply the required Items on time and to the right place specified in the bidding document.
Interested bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bid document at the address below between 9:00am –4:00am at the Ministry of Social Welfare, New England. Freetown.
Interested bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding document at the address below between 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM form the 12th TO 19th MARCH, 2024 AT PROCUREMENT OFFICE, MINISTRY OF SOCIAL WELFARE.
Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 19th March, 2024. All bids must be accompanied by:
A valid Business registration certificate
Bid Security of [NLE5,000 from a reputable Commercial Bank;
A valid tax clearance certificate;
A valid NASSIT clearance certificate;
A signed Integrity Pact; [see attached]

Bids will be publicly opened on 19th March, 2024 at 11am in the presence of the bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend, at the address below.
Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened to bidders.
