Invitation to Tender:

Tender Title: Selection of qualified suppliers, and service providers

IFRC is conducting a Tender process within Sierra Leone and invites your submission of a proposal to provide IFRC, within their requirements for the selection of qualified suppliers and service providers for categories of goods and services that is regularly consumed for Framework Agreements and or Service Contracts.

Below is the list of goods and services required:

  • Security Service provider for the office and generator maintenance (lot 1 and lot 2)
  • Supplier of office provision and toiletries (lot 1 and lot 2)
  • Stationery
  • Travel agency
  • Mobile company for sim cards both pre and postpaid and airtime
  • Hotel for short accommodations, Hall Rental and Catering Service

Tender dossier can be obtained by interested parties from below address between 9:00am- 4:00pm Monday to Friday:

5c Cantonment Road, Off King Haman Road, Freetown.

The collection of the Tender Dossier is from 23rd January 2024.

The deadlines for submission of tenders and required documents is 31st January 2024, At 4.00 pm

IFRC does not bind itself to award the Tender to the lowest offer and reserves the right to accept the whole or part of the tender.
