Job Description

 

REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST 

 

Action Against Hunger is an International Non-governmental organization that have been working to fight undernutrition and support communities affected by crisis across the globe for almost 40 years and across nearly 50 countries. Action Against Hunger established its presence in Sierra Leone in 1991 during the Civil War and since then has been operational in the country by implementing various humanitarian and development programs related to health, nutrition, WASH, food security/livelihoods and advocacy geared towards the reduction of the prevalence rates of undernutrition in Sierra Leone. The coordination office is based in Freetown, Sierra Leone overseeing the operations in Moyamba  and Matru Jong Sub Offices .

 

Action Against Hunger is accepting expression of interest from reputable security firms to provide security services for their coordination office located on 10 Sall Drive, off Aberdeen, Cockle Bay, Freetown. 

 

Interested security firms must submit a proposal that adheres to all the requirements  mention below:

 

  • Valid business registration from Sierra Leone  Business Registrar ; 

 

  • Valid Tax Clearance from National Revenue Authority (NRA);

 

  • Valid NASSIT Clearance; 

 

  • Detailed background and experience providing security services for international  non-governental organizations in Sierra Leone.

 

  • Name, email address and contact mobile number of three non-governmental organizations or agency that the firm has provided security service for in the last five years.

 

Proposals must be submitted to the addresses below:

The closing date of submission of proposals is on Monday 12th February 2024, at 5:00 PM
