GUMA VALLEY WATER COMPANY has part of its funds for the procurement of Pipes

Pipe-fittings and Plumbing Accessories under Supplier Framework Contracts to support its and hereby invites eligible and qualified bidders to submit sealed bids for any of the following Lots below :

 

 

 

Description
1. Ductile Iron pipes and pipe-fittings and Plumbing Accessories
2.High Density (HD) Polyethylene (PE), Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) and Galvanized (GI) Pipes and Pipe-fittings and Plumbing Accessories

Interested Bidders may obtain further information at the address below between 10:00 am to 3:30 pm from Mondays to Thursdays. Bids must be delivered in hard copies to the address below on or before 3rdApril, 2024 at 12:30 pm. Bids shall be opened on 3rd April, 2024 at 12:35 pm, in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at the address below. Late Bids will be rejected. All Bids must be accompanied by:

A Valid Copy of Business Registration Certificate.

A Valid Copy of current NaSSIT Clearance Certificate

A Valid Copy of current NRA Tax Clearance

Certificate

A Valid Copy of Municipal / Council

Certificate

A Valid Copy of National Pharmacy Board

License (Medical drugs)

A signed Bid Form

Evidence(s) of proven capacity to perform in contracts for similar goods.

All Partial Bidding will be disqualified

Tender document shall be purchased upon payment of a non-refundable 10e of NLe 300 (Three Hundred Leones), at Guma’s Cashier Point at Head Quarter, Guma Building, Lamina Sankoh Street, and submit original receipts to the Procurement Unit, at the 7th Floor.
