The Sierra Leone Civil Aviation Authority (SLCAA) has allocated funds (if received state source) for the procurement of Comprehensive review of our ICT Infrastructure and now Invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply of.

The comprehensive review of our ICT infrastructure, coupled With insights gained from engaged ICT firms, has uncovered both strengths and opportunities for improvement

This Contract IS aims to summarize key findings and present actionable recommendations to elevate our technology capabilities.

Bidding is open to all suppliers who can demonstrate

Cover letter explaining their eligibility for the assignment and Interpretation of the tasks, b) CV or profile of the consultant/consulting team including a reverse chronological list of similar projects/assignments and contact details (name, email/phone) of supervisors/client,

1. Evidence of previous experience in the field requested
2. Details of work methodology

Financial proposition – The firm shall submit his financial proposal, and list down all costs associated with the assignment, the proposed fee and terms of payment, and time frame for completion of the project. The Consultant is responsible for meeting all tax liabilities arising out of the contract. The cost shall be expressed in Sierra Leonean Leones

Interested bidders may obtain further Information and inspect the bidding document at the address below between 1000 to 1600 hours from Monday to Friday Bidding documents may be purchased upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Five Hundred New Leones (SLE 500 00).

Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before Thursday 2nd May,2024 at

12.00noon. All bids must be accompanied by

•   A valid Business registration certificate
• A valid tax clearance certificate,
•  A valid NASSIT clearance certificate,
• A signed Integrity Pact; [see attached)
•   [list all other required documents and samples where applicable)

Bids will be opened on Thursday 2nd May,2024 at 12.00noon, in the presence of Bidders and/or their representatives who choose to attend in the Conference Room of the Sierra Leone Civil Aviation Authority, NDB Building, 3rd Floor 21/23 Saka Stevens Street, Freetown, Sierra Leone.
