Invitation for Bids

SUPPLY OF STATIONERY

Date of First Issue: 7th March, 2024

The Bombali District Council has allocated funds for t Procurement of Stationery and now invites sealed bid from eligible bidders for the supply of the aforementioned.

A List of items to be procured can be obtained from the schedule of requirements in section VI of the bidding Document.

Bidding will be conducted through the National competitive bidding procedure in accordance with National Public Procurement Authority (NPPA) Acts, 2016 and bidding is open to all suppliers that can supply stationery to Bombali District Council on a FRAME WORK CONTRACT.

Interested bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding document at the address below between the hours of 9:am- 5pm daily Mondays to

Fridays. Bidding documents may be purchased upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Five Hundred Leones (SLL: 500.00).

Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before Thursday 4th April, 2024 at 12:30 pm at the Council conference Hall.

All bids must be accompanied by:

A valid Business registration certificate

The amount of Bid Security is: SLL 4,000 (Four Thousand Leones from a reputable Banking institution

A valid tax clearance certificate;

A valid NASSIT clearance certificate;

A signed Integrity Pact; [see attached]

Local Council registration Certificate

Signed and completed bid form

Evidence of similar supply undertaken

Bid will  be publicly opened on Thursday 4th April,2024

at 1:00 pm in the presence of bidders or bidders’ representative and anyone who chooses to attend at Bombali District Council Conference Hall.

Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened to bidders.
