The Sierra Leone National Shipping Company has allocated funds for the procurement of the following items and now Invites sealed bids from eligible bidder for the below Lots:

Bidding is open to all Suppliers who can demonstrate professionalism in the supply of Computer &

Accessories Lot 1, Computer Consumables Lot 2, Office Equipment Lot 3 and Stationery Lot 4

Interested bidders can bid for one or more Lots. Bidders can obtain the bid documents for a non• refundable fee of NLe. 500 (Five Hundred Leone) Partial quotations will be considered unresponsive for one or all lots. Please make payment To the Consolidated General Revenue Account number 0111001499 held at the Bank of Sierra Leone.

A valid Business registration certificate

Bid Security of NLe. 5,000 from a reputable Commercial Bank;

A valid NRA tax clearance certificate;

A valid NASSIT clearance certificate;

Aligned Integrity Pact; (soc attached]

A valid City Council license

Bids will be publicly opened on 12 April, 2024 at 12:00 noon, in the presence of the bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who Chooses to attend, at the address below. Late bid  will be rejected and returned unopened to bidders.
