INVITATION FOR BIDS:

PROCUREMENT OF STAFF RAIN GEARS.

The National Revenue Authority has allocated funds for the Procurement of Staff Rain Gears and now invites scaled bids from eligible bidders for the supply and delivery of Rain Gears (Rain Coats, Rain Boots and Umbrellas)

Brief Description of goods:

Partial Quotation will be considered Non-responsive

Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive

Bidding (NCB) procedures in accordance with Sierra Leone National Public Procurement Act, 2016 and open to all eligible bidders, who can demonstrate the ability and financial capability to supply the required items.

Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the bidding documents at the Procurement Unit, National Revenue Authority, 4^th Floor IR Wellington Street, Freetown from 9.00am to 3:45pm, Mondays to Fridays inclusive except on public holidays.

A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Two Hundred and Fifty Thousand Leones (NLe250) Payment should be by cash into NPPA’s Revenue Account, and a pay-in slip must be submitted to the Finance Department and/or Procurement Unit before the issuance of a Bid Document. Bids must be clearly marked on the outer envelope, “Supply and Delivery of Staff Rain Gears’ and must be delivered to the address below on or before 10 A.M on Wednesday 24th April 2024. All bids must be accompanied by:

• A valid Business registration certificate
• Bid Security of Fifteen Thousand Leones
• (NLe15,OOO) from a reputable Commercial Bank;
•  A valid tax clearance certificate;  A valid NASSIT clearance certificate;
•    A signed Integrity Pact; [see attached]
•    Samples of all items to be supplied for evaluation purpose

Note: Interested suppliers should where applicable be registered with ITAS and are fully compliant with all applicable tax types and not in areas of taxes.

Bids will be publicly opened on 10:05 A.M on Wednesday 24th April 2024, in the presence of the bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend, at the address below. Late bids will bc rejected and returned unopened to bidders.
