The Freetown City Council has allocated funds from its Own Source

Revenue for the procurement of SANITARY TOOLS FOR FREETOWN CITY COUNCIL ADMINISTRATION AND DEVOLVED SECTORS add now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply Of the items listed herein. Bidding is open to’ all suppliers who can demonstrate the ability and capacity to supply the Required Tools.

Interested bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding document at the address below between 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. Bidding documents may be purchased upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of Le 500.

Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before Monday, 29 March, 2024 at 12 Noon. All bids must be accompanied by:

A valid Business registration certificate

Bid Security of Le Thousand Leones) from a reputable Commercial Bank

A valid tax clearance certificate.

A valid NAS SIT clearance certificate.

A valid local Council certificate

A signed Integrity Pact; [see attached]

Bids will be publicly opened on 25th March 2024 at 12:10 pm in the Presence of the bidders designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend, at the address below. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened to bidders.
