Bidding is open to all Civil Works Contractors who can demonstrate (list criteria for eligibility).

Bidders must attend a site meeting that would be organized at the project site for prospective bidders to ascertain the scope and volume of work. Bidders may contact
information for the purpose meeting.
The site meeting is scheduled for Friday 15tb March, 2024
Bids will be publicly opened on Tuesday 19th March 2024 at 12:00 noon, in the presence of the bidders designated representatives and anyone who choose to attend, at the address below.

Bidding document may be purchased upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Le 500.00 (five hundred Leones).
Payment for the bidding document must be made by cash into NPPA’s revenue account, and a pay —in-slip must be submitted to the Finance Department/Unit and/ or Procurement Unit of the Ministry of Works and Public Assets, New England Ville for issuance of bidding document.
