PROVISION OF CLEANING SERVICES

AT GTBANK HEAD OFFICE AND ITS.

FREETOWN BRANCHES

GTBank Sierra Leone is looking a suitable qualified and experienced service provider to render cleaning services to the head office situated at 12 Wilberforce and Its Freetown branches (Siaka Stevens. Road. Kissy Road. and Wellington).

The service provider is to ensure chat the GTBANK offices are kept Clean ,hygienic at all times. and it is therefore necessary for the following:

1. Daily cleaning or the GTBANK offices paying particular attention to general public areas (reception. entranceways. Banking hall.  bathrooms. stairs •etc.). staff offices and workstations. meeting rooms and dining areas. The bathrooms on every floor require attention that Is more frequent.

2. The service provider is to ensure that once a quarter deep Cleaning services are provided (this may Include fumigation, necessary).
3. Service provider to replenish equipment and consumables as required and maintain all installed facilities equipment.
4. An all-inclusive monthly cost race per branch to be “Eluded as part the bbd response. (This rate is to be Inclusive of all chemicals).

  Normal Working  Hours and Equipment :      

1.Working Days (Excluding Public Holidays) Monday to Friday 06hOO to 17h30.

All equipment needs to be Of an acceptable quality standard.

GTBANK inspect the Condition Of the cleaning equipment and Consumables that are needed (before the contract starts and quarterly):

2. It is the responsibility of the bidder to ensure that all detail as requested Information are completed. accurate and comprehensive. as this will determine whether the ser—vice. provider has the capacity available during the bid evaluation.
3. All required Cleaning consumables and chemical’s will be supplied by the bidder/service provider. This Include the equipment. Service providers are to provide their own equipment.

Prospective service providers are advised to the head office and the other branches before developing their proposal.

Prospective service provider must comply with the requirements and submit all required document(s) Indicated hereunder with the bid documents at the closing date and time of bid. This phase is not scored and bidders who fail to comply with all the mandatory criteria may be disqualified.

Minimum Of 3 years Of experience in similar works

• Valid NRA Clearance
• Valid NASSIT registration
• Business Registration Certificated
• Company profile (optional)

At least Three references from the reputable organizations for which similar works have been completed.

• In order to be considered, the original bid must be received at the above address no later than 10th March 2024- 4 pm Sierra Leone time. Bidders are solely responsible to ensure the timely receipt of bids. Bids received after the date and time required will generally not be considered unless no other bids are received.
