We are a reputable financial services institution looking for a receptive marketer to aid in the creation and rolling-out of memorable, profit-generating initiatives; hence inviting applications from qualified and competent Sierra Leone residents to fill the following position:

 

Job title: Corporate Marketer

Department: Marketing

Job Location: Freetown with occasional travels to the provinces                     

Staff Reporting to this Position: None                                     

Salary: Negotiable

Type of Employment: Full-time

 

Primary Responsibilities:

As a Corporate marketer you are responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies aimed at promoting the institution’s products and services. Main duties include acquiring customers  and mobilizing deposit

 

Marketer Responsibilities:

  • Performing in-house competitor, and consumer analyses to shape new undertakings.
  • Devising and coordinating intangible and experiential marketing endeavors.
  • Teaming with pertinent internal stakeholders to roll out seamless, effective campaigns.
  • Building sustained, profitable ties with our customers.
  • Analyzing metrics at strategic moments to ascertain successes.
  • Compiling informed reports to guide all marketing-related efforts.
  • Monitoring key performance indictors to track the success of a marketing campaign

Marketer Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in a marketing-centered discipline.
  • At least 3- years working experience in Corporate marketing. Experience working with a Financial Institution will be an advantage
  • Good team worker, good listener, high communication skills
  •     Be corrupt/fraud free, be of good conduct and with positive attitude towards work
