CROWN AGENTS INTERNATIONAL

We work with ministries, governments, institutions, donors, foundations, philanthropists and the private sector to tackle the complex challenges they face, whether that’s seeking to meet the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), improving the quality of life and opportunities for their citizens, or responding to the needs of a global pandemic.

Therefore, Crown Agents in Sierra Leone is looking for A PAYROLL SOFTWARE PACKAGE THAT IS TAILORED TO THE LAWS AND PROCEDURES OF SIERRA LEONE.

THIS PACKAGE SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:

1. Payroll, salary management with statutory compliance 
2. E pay slips 
3. E file statutory reports 
4. Leave Management 
5. Time and attendance 

Interested credible business institutions/houses/companies/individuals must have:

A visible location/office

Capacity to prefinance the service

The following documents must be submitted in the sealed envelopes sent to 

Crown Agents in Sierra Leone addressed to the Procurement Committee:

49G Ronsab Drive 

Off Spur Road, Freetown. 

1 Updated business license (FCC and Registrar General). 

2 Updated NRA and GST certificate (where applicable). 

3 Quotation for the package. 

4 Tax clearance certificate AND

5 Relevant experience and references. 

Submission must be hard copies in a sealed envelope addressed to the Procurement Committee Crown Agents in Sierra Leone 49G Ronsab Drive, Off Spur Road
