SUBJECT: Invitation for Quotations

RADA-SL is inviting quotations from Well-established and registered vendors in Sierra Leone for the supply of Latrine construction Materials for the RADA German Doctor’s – BMZ Project Implemented in Three Districts (Bo, Pujehun and Kailahun Districts) in Sierra Leone.

 

Potential Vendors should fulfil the following criteria:

  1. Full Name and Address of Business
  2. An updated and authentic business licenses 
  3. Tin Number
  4. NRA Tax Clarence
  5. Evidence of NASSIT payment
  6. Evidence of similar supply with donor agencies

 

Potential vendors must fill in the quotation form by downloading and inputting the unit prices only.

The form is automated and can calculate automatically to throw the totals and grand total.
