TERMS OF REFERENCE

GLOBAL POSITIONING SYSTEM (GPS) FOR ALL CARE VEHICLE

 

PURPOSE:

Global Positioning System (GPS) is essential when it comes to efficient fleet management for every organization in optimizing the operations, cost efficiency, time wasting etc. CARE Sierra Leone is seeking for a premium fleet solution for our vehicle management using a GPS navigation technology. This technology will be real time vehicle management solution and embedded with security capabilities. We required diverse GPS network solutions that can tailor to our unique requirements while maintaining the flexibility to scale our network and operations to meet tomorrow’s inevitable demands for higher speeds and increased functionality.

TARGETTED NUMBER OF FLEET:

CARE Sierra Leone has a very small number of fleets within the Country Office.

See below the number of vehicles per location of our different offices.

  1. Freetown Office – 7 Vehicles
  2. Bo Office – 3 Vehicles
  3. PortLoko Office – 1 Vehicle
  4. Makeni Office – 3 Vehicles (1 currently parked to be serviced)
  5. Kabala Office – 1 Vehicle

 

There are sixteen (16) vehicles currently with CARE Sierra Leone that are running actively. This number of vehicles can increase or decrease as the case may be and there should be a provision for removing or adding vehicles into the GPS system.

 

Therefore, CARE Sierra Leone has Sixteen (16) vehicles that needs to be setup, install, and configured with the Global Positioning System (GPS). We require that you send us a proposal of your solution that you are offering with:
